Scope

With a reputation for superior quality in their kitchen design and manufacture process, Pace Furniture (at the time) sourced a large portion of their work from multi-national kitchen manufacturers and building companies. Realising the need to diversity, the management at Pace Furniture decided to future proof the business by going direct to market. They wanted a brand refresh, spanking new site with full eCommerce capabilities, kitchen designer, tradie listings and for the process of ordering to be fully automated.

Results

The process started with a refreshed brand, logo design and the implementation of this into their current and new marketing collateral. The scope of the website was completed and the new site comes with a full eCommerce system with multi-view points of the products and a range of options per product. These can be purchased by paying in full or using the automated lay-by system in the site. A full kitchen designer was developed which allows users to drag and drop the range of kitchen units to build their own kitchen.  an Online marketing strategy as implemented which included developing a “partner” network of tradesmen through the country to resell and install Pace Kitchens. The end result … they are busier than ever and the majority of their work is now from individual consumers and businesses. Diversification of the revenue model completed.
