Working with the team at ITM New Plymouth for over 5 years, the original site needed an update in design and functionality. The aim was to create a modern site that featured advanced functionality that allows rural, trade and DIY customers to simply do more online. Integration with key offers and services by ITM nationwide was required.


We redesigned the entire website after much consultation with the team at ITM and research into user experience for the target market. A clean, clear design was belnded with strong branding and calls to action, which created clear pathways where we desired the website visitor to progress through the site.

Integration with the ITM LBP points mobile application was completed, along with the Trade Club Flexi Rewards, Building Business online magazines, ITM Priority Card, Building Guides and DIY projects, as well as online ordering for pole shed buildings.

An eCommerce integration was developed to create the “Garage Sale” page. This is where the ITM staff list shop floor, damaged, one-off’s or demo equipment and supplies at bargain prices.

The end result … more visitors, better experience, more conversions and increased sales. Job done.
